Job Description
Sophisticated Recruitment is working with an Automotive Insurance Broker to hire 2x customer service advisors within our clients underwriting team in Bristol. You must have at least 2x years experience in the insurance industry to be eligible for this role.
The purpose of the role is to provide quotations for New Business and renewals.
The role requires dealing with clients over the phone and via e-mail to ensure retention and sales targets are maximised, through the provision of efficient communication & negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Atleast 2x years experience within the Insurance industry (ideally automotive)
- We are looking for candidates who have good judgement, are analytical, pay great attention to detail, flexible, self-motivated, driven & who delivers excellent customer service whilst adhering to their individual underwriting authority limits at all times and in accordance with the procedure manual.
