Manager of Business Systems (A & F)
Salary up to $95k
Located in Worcester MAThe Alexander Technology Group is searching for a Manager of Business Systems responsible for development and day to day work in financial and administrative modules for a large organization. This person will be responsible for the finance modules, related databases and systems elements for the organization. The position requires an experienced system professional who can understand complex business requirements related to Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, reporting and data management, security and  develop relationships with stakeholders to maintain and develop processes that will support experience. This role will report to the CFO and serves as the lead for the Finance and Administration Systems, Human Resource Information Systems, and related system security and reporting systems. The candidate is responsible for strong systems administration, business process development, security management, and data analytics and reporting. The role

  • Support the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and upgrades to support Colleague, HRCMS and MMARS.
  • Support continuous improvement and service delivery excellence
  • Support Colleague/HRCMS/MMARS system upgrades, testing, and other data management and integration activities
  • Ensure Colleague/HRCMS/MMARS business processes are current, and align with regulatory requirements;;
  • Manage reporting & pull data for external reporting, and to ensure accurate data for internal reporting departments.
  • Design manager dashboards within Colleague/HRCMS/MMARS, to drive activity in systems.
  • Provide customer service support for inquiries regarding Colleague/HRCMS/MMARS processes and functionality.
  • Develop training documentation for training end users on system processes and procedures;


  • 4 years of experience leading a team of systems or business analyst
  • 4+ years of experience in development and configuration of Colleague/HRCMS/MMARS Systems.
  • 4+ years of experience in supporting environments through systems, data and information
  • Strong experience with Excel, SAP Business Analytics and other database tools
  • Experience with financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
