Restaurant Manager

Roth Bar & Grill is a bustling, fast paced operation open 7 daytimes, and 3 evenings a week.  We open for breakfast from 9am, lunch from 12noon and dinner from 6pm – 9.30pm. Produce is proudly sourced from our farm, vineyard and walled garden, alongside a whole host of local farms and producers.  Our restaurant team deliver exceptional service throughout.

Role 

The Restaurant Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of our restaurant. Applicants must be confident, dynamic, motivated, and a proven leader with a passion for hospitality. Our focus is the guest, and providing a high standard of service at all times. Responsible for 25 team members, you will uphold positive relationships with the kitchen, bar, event and office teams, ensuring good communication at all times.

Responsibilities: 

 

Ensuring the restaurant is always run efficiently and professionally, through service, cost control, management, staffing and planning. Providing our guests with the best possible experience. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, development and retention of our team. Productivity, performance and presentation are fundamental to your success in this role.
