Site Manager – Maintain office, grounds, and buildings in top condition at all times. Hire and supervise maintenance personnel. Interact with tenants on a daily basis, including interviewing potential tenants for occupancy. Maintain records according to corporate, state, and federal guidelines; both hard and soft copies. This position requires the ability to meet strict timelines, and work unsupervised. Must be able to manage within strict budget guidelines and consistently meet occupancy and collection goals. Affordable Housing experience (Tax Credit, Rural Development, HUD, Section 8) and previous work with OneSite or similar software are a plus. Basic computer skills are a must. Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. A complete job description will be provided at the time of the interview.
